This is a pineapple flavoured cake, that was trimmed in the shape of a pineapple. I used green and yellow butter cream that I piped using a "rosette" tip to cover it. The challenge were the leaves which are pringle chips cut in half and dipped in green modeliing chocolate (disgusting if you ask me even if the kids loved them).
