Turkish soup Yayla chorbasi

 9 cups Chicken broth
 ¼ cup Arborio rice
 2 Eggs
 1 cup Plain yogurt
 1 tbsp Flour
 1 tbsp Dried mint
 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
 1 tbsp Paprika
 1 tbsp Fresh mint

Cook rice in broth

Beat together the eggs, yogurt and flour

Gradually pour the broth into the egg mixture but DO NOT bring to boil

Add dried mint, melted butter and paprika, garnish with fresh mint.
