So today I went on a walk in Doncaster River Park.\u00a0\u00a0 Not a city park by a long shot, but rather a nature interpretation center, meaning that you are in the woods but\u00a0 there are paths\u00a0 already traced that you can follow.\u00a0 In this case we followed the river, which was swollen from all the melting snow. It was noisy, frothy, it smelled\u00a0 of a mix of evergreens: pine, cedar and fir trees&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river.jpg\" title=\"river.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river.jpg\" alt=\"river.jpg\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river2.jpg\" title=\"river2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river2.jpg\" alt=\"river2.jpg\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river3.jpg\" title=\"river3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river3.jpg\" alt=\"river3.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here and there the water got caught and was calm enough to reflect the trees around&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river5.jpg\" title=\"river5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/river5.jpg\" alt=\"river5.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Buds were bursting, leaves were opening and even these tiny fuzzy fiddle heads were\u00a0 unfolding&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/fiddle.jpg\" title=\"fiddle.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/fiddle.jpg\" alt=\"fiddle.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nature works in mysterious ways&#8230;but nothing was more mysterious to us today than this sign at the entrance of the park&#8230;.from what we could make of it, you cannot run around naked without your head on&#8230;.
