Each one a different colour. A green one made with watercress and spinach pur\u00e9e, a red one made with tomatoes and garlic and an ordinary yellow one. In preparing them I came across an oddity: a two yolk egg. If you look closely at the photo you will see these are not 2 eggs together, it is really two yolks surrounded by one egg white. I wonder if there are twin chickens in nature coming out of one egg\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eastereggs.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1948\" src=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eastereggs.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eastereggs.jpg 500w, https:\/\/flyingplates.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/eastereggs-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For those of you who are curious, the recipe entailed cutting circles out of the omelets and piling them up sandwich style with layers of very finely chopped ratatouille.
