Ombré pink cakePhoto shoot/ June 2019This is a cake I made just to look pretty for my new kitchen photo shoot.Pineapple cake/Sept. 2018This is a pineapple flavoured cake, that was trimmed in the shape of a pineapple. I used green and yellow butter cream that I piped using a "rosette" tip to cover it. The challenge were the leaves which are pringle chips cut in half and dipped in green modeliing chocolate (disgusting if you ask me even if the kids loved them).Pink cake with green glaze (after little hands dove in)/July 2017Pink three story cake/ Jan.2015I was aiming for a tiered cake...but did not have the right size molds...I did make the flowers out of rolled out almond paste.Pirate ship / Dec. 2015This cake is similar to the Noah's arc cake but with different details. Some were plastic some were edible such as the cannons, which are licorice, the guardrails are made of pretzels, the plank is a cracker, the windows are life saver candies. The rocks are candies.
