Baked Brie Dip

Ingredients

 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 1 large onion, chopped
 2 tbsp garlic, minced
 8 oz Brie (cheese), crust removed cut in pieces
 8 oz cream cheese, cut in pieces
 ¾ cup sour cream
 2 tsp lemon juice
 2 tsp brown sugar
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 1 loaf bread, round

Directions

In a skillet, melt butter, add onion and garlic and cook for 10 minutes until golden.

Put the cheeses in the microwave for 2 minutes (until melted).

Mix cheeses, onions, sour cream, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Cut the top off the bread and empty it of its "inside"

Fill the hollowed out bread with the mixture, put the top back on, wrap in aluminium foil.

Cook at 400°F in a pre heated oven for an hour.

Unwrap, sprinkle paprika and serve with an assortment of raw vegetables.
