1 Large romaine lettuce
3 Garlic cloves
6 Anchovy fillets
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Wash and tear up the lettuce

In a small bowl crush garlic and anchovies, add mustard, pepper and lemon juice. Stir.

Add, while beating, add the olive oil

Mix into the lettuce

Pour cream and sprinkle cheese and croutons over it
