While on the topic of Christmas fare, my drink of the season this year has been this colourful concoction, made of 4 parts Vodka, 2 parts Cointreau, 2 parts cranberry, 1 part pomegranate juice and one part lime juice…served in a martini glass with thin lime slices and pomegranate seeds….
