I went on my yearly pilgrimage at the botanical garden’s butterflies event. There were a few new specimens, like the yellow and black ones and the odd green one that seemed to be dressed in camouflage gear….
But it was a busy day and we had to wait in the cacti greenhouse… so I just clicked away…
These are called Troides Rhadamantus and they come from Asia.
This hard to see one is called Papilio Palinurus and comes from South East Asia
This last one is a classic: Danaus Plexippus.
