This being Halloween and Thanksgiving time, I know my brandied pumpkin soup recipe is getting looked at. Just a word of caution, when purchasing the pumpkin purée, make sure you buy the 100% pure one and not the sweetened pie filling….unless you want a soup that tastes like gingerbread….
