I could not sleep last night, or rather, this morning and I knew there was gping to be a total eclipse of the moon, so I got up and went outside to look for it. Unfortunately, because my house is surrounded by trees I could not locate the moon so I went back inside, got dressed and took the car up the mountain looking for the moon. I found it from the St Joseph’s oratory parking lot.
I parked the car, set up my tripod on the roof and started clicking away. It lasted approximately one hour. Near the end of it the sun was coming up, which dimmed the effect of the darkened moon.
