After an unsuccessful attempt with tuna in spring water…..I tried a can of partially drained Canadian sardines….and I set it at the far end of the cage instead of the platter in the center….I closed one opening so that he had to enter further inside to get to the food….. that did it! I now have a raccoon in a cage on my balcony….
He shall be deported to foreign lands tomorrow…
Time will tell if there are others….
