The mystery tools.

Today I attended a presentation and participated in a drawing. I won what I thought was a flashlight.
But it turned out to be a flashlight with a twist!
It contains, hidden in its bowels, a toolbox! How clever!

I took out the tools one by one to examine them and decide where I should keep this gadget.
The first ones were easy: a pair of pliers, a screwdriver, an x-acto knife, some tape…but then I came across a few mystery items.
Try as I may I cannot figure out what their purpose is, so I decided to post their picture in the hope that someone can enlighten me as to their function. Almost like lost children on a milk carton…
Can anyone help me with these mystery gadgets?
I promise to post the answers I get and if someone gets them all right I will offer a gift…

Here is gizmo number 1: at first glance it looks like a screwdriver but the tip is a point and inside the handle there is a spring and a small glass tube with metal caps over the ends that looks like a tiny fuse. There is also a clip to fasten it to a shirt pocket, which seems to indicate it is something one would carry around…

Gizmo number 2: looks like miniature boosting cables but there is only one clip and one single prong “plug”…

Gizmo number 3: looks like something you might change a bicycle tire with….

Gizmo number 4: is the most mysterious of the bunch. It is a box of tiny pieces with a colored plastic part and a flat metal prongs part… I have NO clue what that is used for…
