I called the super shuttle number in NYC to reserve a van for some clients. After an 8 minutes wait, a rep answered. I explained my request. She said one moment please and put me on hold. Instead of the expected music, I heard a very graphic invite for phone sex…that kept going on and on…
I am not sure how long the message was as everyone in the office grabbed the phone to listen…but it was still going 10 minutes later…
I hung up.
