Since I started this diary at the end of december, I must mark the change of year somehow…here is a picture of the cake I made for the new year’s party. The almond paste snowmen were holding flags that had “happy new year” written in different languages: “Bonne et heureuse année” “Happy new year” “Prospero ano” “Gelukkig Nieuw Jaar” “Felice Anno Nuovo” “Yiliniz Kutlu Olsun” “Blwyddyn Newydd Da” ” Gl|ckliches Neues Jahr” and in chinese also.
