This cake has been popping up a lot on facebook lately….so I decided to give it a try.
The challenge was the heads.
Were they made with icing, whipped cream, fondant , meringue or, as I ended up doing, with mashmallows!
I did ice the cake with whipped cream as this was a sponge cake.
Easy and fun!
And while I was at it, I also tried the elves cupcakes.
