Ingredients
4 tbsp currant spread
2 tbsp chopped pecans
2 tbsp Sherry
1 baguette
fresh currants
1 lb Brie wheel

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Place cheese in a pyrex dish. Poke holes through the top with a fork. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the currant spread, the nuts and the Sherry. Spread this over the top of the cheese. Cook in oven 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes.

Decorate the dish with fresh currants and place thin slices of baguette around it.
