The reason we were in Niagara in the first place was because we were helping out with a corporate event during which an activity called “Rockstar for a day” was being held. The idea is to prepare ordinary people to perform in a live rock show. Throughout the day they have band practice, dance lessons, costumes fittings, and even participate in a rock trivia competition. Then, after dinner they get up on stage and perform their song.
Needless to say it is hilarious to see all these corporate types trying to play the guitar or the drums, struggling to learn dance moves, or trying out rasta wigs. I am hesitant to put too many photos up here as there must be privacy laws about this…but here goes one tiny one:
