Ingredients
4 cups zucchini sliced
4 tbsp butter
3 cups chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 onions (about 1 cup), chopped
1 ½ cups potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder
⅛ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp clove
2 tsp lemon juice
1 ½ cups cream (15% or 35%)
Directions

Sweat vegetables in butter for 10 minutes covered (do not brown).

Push the vegetables aside and put all your spices in an empty spot, stir to form a paste, simmer a few minutes.

Add broth and lemon juice.

Simmer 20 minutes (more or less).

Run through blender (or food processor).

Add cream.

Chill.
