This can be a spicy dish, as you can play with the flavours using powders instead of the onion and garlic and adding or substracting spices....

½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Smoked paprika
¼ cup Finely chopped onions

6 tbsp Olive oil (depending on size of cauliflower)
1 Head of cauliflower cut in florets
