Roasted cauliflower

This can be a spicy dish, as you can play with the flavours using powders instead of the onion and garlic and adding or substracting spices....

Ingredients

 2 tsp Sugar
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Smoked paprika
 ¼ cup Finely chopped onions
 ½ tsp Minced garlic
 6 tbsp Olive oil (depending on size of cauliflower)
 1 Head of cauliflower cut in florets

Directions

With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, salt, spices, and oil.

Coat the cauliflower florets.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked and golden brown.
