Cooking class

I have registered to take some cooking classes. They are called actualized cooking. This is supposed to be the latest trends in restaurant food, like hairdresssers would attend conferences on the new hairdos and hair products…The recipes taught are not that impressive but the school is, especially the classrooms. I love that each student has stainless steel, marble and wood surfaces to work on, plus a stove top and oven, a fridge and a sink for his own use. The course is also very educational when it comes to presenting the food to make it look nice and professional. Here is the picture of one such dish…as well as the kitchen.
